5. Purchases & Payments

Hint Hint does not sell products directly; we provide tools to discover, organize, and save items from third parties. If you purchase from those third parties, their terms and privacy policies apply.

If Hint Hint later offers paid features, pricing and payment terms will be clearly disclosed within the Services.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hint Hint and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (i) $100 USD or (ii) the amount you paid to us, if any, for the Services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hint Hint and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, but certain provisions (e.g., Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of any material changes by posting an updated version and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, NY. You consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
